On behalf of the board of BEMA would want to apologize for the long period of silence they have all endured.
The scheme as earlier on planned shall be officially launched in early January, 2020 with its official website being introduced and activated for public access.
After the scheme has been launched, Nominations shall be opened for all qualified individuals to file in February,2020.
I entreat all stake holders to continually have the trust and confidence they had from the beginning till now so that we can together achieve the aim of this initiative.
