 Jane Jennifer Mensah is a young promising actors, entrepreneur and a philanthropist from Volta Region. In an interview with this young lady she felt so bad on how a lot of talents are being wasted in the region. She said only few people in the creative arts industry from and in Volta are making waves because there is lack of education on how to brand their stuff or personal branding to suite where they find their selves. She have been in many productions but nothing good come out them and they don't have time to even educate them on things that matters to the industry and benefit them too. She is a hard working lady who have help her self with be a pastery crafts which helps her to also teach others and her plan is to make it even bigger than how MacBrown Kitchen. And also be a blessing to others from and outside her Region.

Because Creative Economy can bring Sustainable Development in the youths in the region and since international observance have coming down to this country is like we are not part of them and there is nothing much they get from the creative arts industry, at least they can collaborate with home base event organizer in the region and in our municipal Assemblys and district assemblys to scout for arts so that they can be much summit and workshops to educate them. She further said we need greater events for innovation to promote inclusive, sustainable economic growth around the region. Fostering innovation necessitates the provision of benefits, empowerment, and opportunities for all.



Create an enabling environment through direct and indirect support for arts education, artistes, creative arts practitioners and organizations. She said we need to Promote collaborations with institutions created for the regulation of the specific domains in the creative arts industry, artistes and creative arts practitioners and organizations, regionally and nationally. This can Grow the creative arts industry nationally and internationally through partnership and industry development assistance that facilitates pathways to organization and innovation to Ensure that accessing to the market by creative arts practitioners is enhanced.



Talents in Volta has been in critical state because some parents friends schools and organizations don't encourage arts coming up with greatness in them but only condemnation. It will be if schools and media organizations set innovative standards within their operations and practices to truly take advantage of innovation in their communities. The first step in doing so is by cultivating innovative leadership, which requires leaders to reflect on the context behind the arts.
